Pizza Mosca is a mobile pop-up pizzeria launching this AUG in PHX. We use classic techniques like long fermented dough(72hr minimum) and live-fire cooking to bring guests exciting combinations as well as fresh takes on classics. We strive to source our ingredients from local mills, farms, and ranches, fishers, foragers, and artisans whenever possible. as well as from our home region, the pacific northwest. Focusing on hand crafted and long fermented dough as well as quality and intentionally sourced ingredients, we bring the heat with our live-fire ovens and exciting combos.

Mosca hospitality is a catering & personal chef business founded by husband and wife(Chef and Bartender) duo, Hannah and Colin Mang. Hailing from the Pacific Northwest and bringing with them over thirty years of combined restaurant and hospitality experience, the duo aims to bring that expertise, attention to detail, and fresh perspective on the dining experience altogether, to guests’ homes and events in the valley and beyond.
